Discuss your experience creating business expenses this week in QuickBooks. If you were explaining how to create business expenses to a colleague, how would you describe the necessary steps?

Chapter 8 – how do you determine when to use sales receipts versus sales invoices? There were several reports needing to be run for Chapter 8. Which report did you find most useful? Least useful? Explain. What is a billable expense? What purpose is the cash account reconciliation providing? Is this an important reconciliation? Explain.

Chapter 9 – how do you determine when to select the Check window and when to select Make payment on the vendor’s page? Advise on some of the transactions that you have been processing throughout this chapter. Has the process been working smoothly or have there been issues? Explain. What is an inventory audit? What benefits does an inventory audit provide?
