• Analyze the characteristics of effective teams.
• Contrast strengths and weaknesses of group decision making.
• How a team’s composition impacts its effectiveness.

Format the team paper consistent with APA guidelines. 400 Level Courses should include Level 1 and Level 2 Headings.

Review the assignment example in the Week 1 Recommended Reading and Handouts thread.

Include at least four peer-reviewed references from the University Library.

Each Team Member must provide to the team at least one paragraph of research with a in-text citation and APA reference.

Format the team presentation consistent with APA guidelines (Each member of the team must develop and submit to the team at least one PowerPoint slide with research).

Speaker Notes should include at least 100 words with research and a citation (exception Title and Reference Slide)

Include at least four peer-reviewed references from the University Library.
