SCI 220 Week 1 participation Nutrition Labels

Hello Class,

We know that nutritional labels are placed on packages for the intent to make us aware what items and ingredients make up the food items contained within. In saying that do you believe nutrition labels provides us with sound information to make choices on whether or not we should purchase these items.
