As you learned in Week 1, the audience of your communication is an important factor for you to consider in business communication. This holds true when preparing for a presentation and an interview. You must consider what content may need to be reworked given your audience’s knowledge of a topic or job requirements. Furthermore, you may need to rework your delivery style based on your audience.

Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:

• What are some ways you can research your audience to determine questions they might have regarding the topic of your presentation?
• How can you read your audience to determine their feedback during your presentation?
• If you receive negative feedback during a presentation (e.g., frowns, looks of confusion), how might you adapt your speaking or delivery?
• How are presentations and interviews similar? Consider how you can apply presentation skills in an interview situation.
