QA in systems development is a set of processes that ensure the delivered systems meet the pre-defined expectations. Note that QA is not just testing.
The director of software engineering needs your help assisting the team in using the appropriate QA processes. The director wants you to send out an email to the team titled “Software Quality Assurance: Processes” and tools to ensure quality results.
Write a 1- to 2-page email using Microsoft® Word in which you do the following:
- Explain how the development process can benefit from software QA and why it is important to follow QA processes.
- Provide an example of what happens when QA policies are not followed.
