Therefore, having a diverse leadership team is critical in our modern society. However, diverse teams may create gender or cultural challenges to be navigated with sensitivity.

Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:

  • What gender and cultural challenges may be present in criminal justice organizations?

  • What leadership practices can be implemented to help prevent or mitigate these challenges?
