Building on the topics of professional dispositions, standards, and communication, we will shift the focus to effective collaboration techniques and strategies for educators. Teachers collaborate with many different individuals or groups, and even the most professional of teachers may have some type of conflict arise. Knowing how to handle the conflict and/or prevent it is a very important skill for a teacher to possess.

Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:

  • What are the key dynamics and characteristics of a successful team collaboration?
