  • Complete Tool 2, “Skill Builder,” and identify three skills that you need to develop to achieve your Career Goal

In a total of 700 to 1,050 words, complete the Career Plan Goal Assessment Template in Microsoft® Word addressing the following:

  • Answer the question: Does the career you selected align with your current degree program?

  • State your Career Goal and three logical reasons why you chose this goal.

  • Clearly state three skills that you have today that align with your career goal.

  • Clearly state three skills you need to develop in order to get a job in your chosen career field, along with a logical reason why you chose the skills.

  • List six reasonable and measurable tasks that you plan to complete, including target dates for completion.
