In Week Six we assess Urinary System.  This includes how the urinary system regulates blood volume and pressure. The formation of urine is addressed. Finally, we explore the factors that impact all of these processes.

Consider the reading and activities that you have completed this week.

What causes a urinary tract infection (UTI)? Are they preventable? Are there behaviors/actions that make a person more prone to getting a UTI? What “clues” does our urine give us about how well or poorly our body is functioning?
