BSHS 355 Week 1 Learning Team Charter

Create the Learning Team Charter.

Please have one team member submit this as a word document to the assignments tab upon completion. I have included the LT Charter that is required for this course. You will not receive credit if you do not use the correct charter.

Part of your grade for this assignment will include an evaluation of your initial team work, and how you handle any issues that may arise.  This charter is meant to be a collaborative effort, therefore only one, cohesive response should be listed under each section, not each individual member’s response.  Failure to do this will result in a zero.

Any communication regarding the Learning Teams that occurs outside of the team forum must be documented in your team forum.  This can be done by copying and pasting a transcript of any chats, or summarizing a telephone conversation.  This is for everyone’s benefit!
