In Chapter 9 we read about various factors that may influence a youth to fall into addictive behaviors. Consider an individual that you may know or have read about that has struggled with substance abuse. What has occurred that may have led this individual down this path? What is a consequence on the community? How does the current legal process help or hurt this individual?
