When a motherboard fails, you can select and buy a new board to replace it. Suppose the motherboard in your computer has failed and you want to buy a replacement and keep your repair costs to a minimum. Try to find a replacement motherboard on the internet that can use the same case, power supply, processor, memory, and expansion cards as your current system.

Share your research with the class and discuss the following in a minimum of 175 words:

• If you cannot find a good match, what other components might have to be replaced (for example, the processor or memory)?
• What is the total cost of the replacement parts?
