• Social Etiquette
• Business Customs

Ch. 8 and 9 in Intercultural Business Communications cover many aspects of social etiquette and business customs, from business card exchange to the role of bribery.

Determine which aspects of social etiquette and business customs are important for employees to understand as they prepare to do business in the host country. Then, add details covering each aspect as a subtopic.

Note. You may use information from the All About Etiquette presentation due in Week Five to help you complete this outline.

Identify at least two outside resources, in addition to Intercultural Business Communication, that might be useful in understanding these two sections.
