Considering the Appliance Warehouse Case Study, introduced in Week 1, and the project of planning and implementing a new Service Department as one of their product offerings, discuss the following:

  • What tasks could you include in a WBS for Appliance Warehouse Case Study? What would be some possible risks for the implementation of the new Service Department?
