CAREER CONNECTION: This activity connects to career by getting students started on building their resume. 

Go to Phoenix Career Services. 

Click on Resume Builder. 

Build your resume. 

Copy your resume to a Microsoft® Word document and submit it to your instructor. Make sure you include your introductory statement, which could be your career objective, qualification summary, or career summary. 

Include an APA formatted title page for the assignment.

Click the Assignment Files tab to submit your assignment.

Note. In Week 5 you will need to find a mentor, friend, or colleague and ask them to review and provide feedback on the resume. You may want to identify that person this week so you have time to provide them with the resume and receive feedback.
