Building on the topics of professional dispositions, standards, and communication, we will shift the focus to effective collaboration techniques and strategies for educators. Teachers collaborate with many different individuals and groups, and even the most professional teachers may have some type of conflict arise. Knowing how to handle the conflict and/or prevent it is a very important skill for a teacher.

 

Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:

  • What are the key dynamics and characteristics of successful team collaboration?

  • What strategies might you use for dealing with or preventing difficult situations and/or conflict?
