ECH 499 Wk 6 – Student Teaching/Student Teaching Evaluations

Review your final evaluations completed by your cooperating teacher and faculty supervisor.

Locate the following within the Field Experience Binder:

• Final Evaluation of Student Teacher by Cooperating Teacher
• Final Evaluation of Student Teacher by Faculty Supervisor
• Final Grade Form of Student Teacher
• Evaluation of Faculty Supervisor by Student Teacher
• Evaluation of Cooperating Teacher by Student Teacher
• Student Acknowledgement of Cooperating Teacher’s evaluation
• Student Acknowledgement of Faculty Supervisor’s evaluation

Access the “Field Experience Binder” link on the Course Content page under the syllabus to access your Student Teaching binder.

Review the Final Evaluation completed by your cooperating teacher and the Final Evaluation completed by your faculty supervisor in the “Assessments” tab of the binder.

Create a screenshot of the grade form to submit to your instructor as proof of completion in the “Assessments” tab of the binder. This will accompany your assignment submission.

Acknowledge your review of the evaluations in the “Acknowledgments” tab of the binder.

Submit a screenshot of the grade form through the assignment. A screenshot is the only thing that will suffice.
