Ethical practice in teaching may be very cut-and-dried for some and more of a gray area for others. In reality, there will be ethical dilemma’s that arise for any teacher and knowing how to handle them when they do is extremely important. What significant ethical conflicts may exist for faculty in the school setting? What proactive steps might teachers and leaders take to best promote a positive climate for staff? Explain and provide specific examples to support your response.
