Part 2: 

Review the University of Phoenix Material: Legal and Ethical Scenarios and select three scenarios on which to focus. 

Write a 700- to 1,050-word paper analyzing the conduct described in the scenarios. Use the course readings and the University Library to describe how conduct would be judged and decisions would be made regarding criminal behavior, due process, employment issues, and certification.
