Review the University of Phoenix Material: Annotated Bibliography of Internet Resources for the assignment requirements.

Develop an annotated bibliography of 15 assessment-related resources that offer a combination of the following:

• Resources that generate rubrics
• Resources about performance or authentic assessment
• Resources about formative or summative assessment
• Resources about assessing 21st-century skills
• Resources that discuss student portfolios

Include the following for each resource listed in the annotated bibliography:

• The resource name and source, APA reference, or web address (URL)
• A brief and concise explanation (3-5 sentences) of the resource, including its primary focus, particular student level and/or the teachers for whom it is applicable, whether it offers additional links to other resources, and any other information deemed relevant (The reasons that the resource was chosen should be clear from the annotated description.)
• Resources that represent a variety of professional organizations, universities, museums, schools, and government agencies
