A part of any business plans is forecasting of the market, so what questions would you ask and what information/data do you need to answer those questions and why.

To earn credit you have to go past the obvious/generic answer of market sizes, demographics, location and product demand, so you have to breakdown the components, example egress and ingress is a components of location (cannot use this one either) but what, what are the ramification s it ripples through the system.
