There are many different forms of business ownership, sole-proprietorship, partnership, limited partnership, Limited Liability companies (LLC) and Corporation with subcategories, “C”, 502c (Nonprofit) and “S” corporation. Each has their pros and cons for raising capital so compare and contrast two of the different forms of ownership with respect to financing/raising capital.
