Discuss how a sound management team would be built, maintained, and transitions accomplished. What steps would be necessary to identify candidates for and select a Board of Directors, if a Board is required by the business entity used? How would an effective cadre of employees be built, developed,motivated and necessary transitions accomplished? What steps and system or systems would be necessary in each case? How would those best be identified?
