Using a company of your choosing, select one position or department within the company to conduct a training needs analysis.

• Research and Write a minimum of a 5-page paper using APA format.
• You need to use 3rd person. 
• Think of this a final document you would submit to the director of a department or the senior executives of the organization.

Cite any sources according to APA formatting guidelines.

Points or areas you want to include in your paper are the following:

• What is your training problem statement or objective? What is happenig in the organization – low profits, high scrap, customer complaints, etc.  What is the behavior you want to correct and why?
• What skills and knowledge are required?
• What are the measures of successful performance of the work?
• What is the expected return on the investment (ROI)?
• What will the training consist of – please be specific – no generalizations  or boad statements
• What method(s) of training will you use
• How will you evaluate the sucess of training?
• Who will be involved

While I listed these items, they do not have to be in this order. Please refer to your textbook for additional information. You will want to make sure you share your rationale for your choices.
