Pick a product or service at an organization with which are familiar that you believe should be improved on.

Write a 1,050-word paper that includes the following:

• Describe the company and the product or service that is being analyzed.

• Define statistical process control.

• Explain how statistical process control process may be used to improve the product or service quality.

• Identify and explain at least two quality tools that you would use to quantify the quality improvement.

• Explain why process capability is important and describe one way the company may measure its process capability of the product or service chosen.

Cite your references

Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.

• You need at least 3 references for full points (not three chapters from the same online text or library book or article or one reference, but three different sources).
• Turnitin plagiarism (similarity)  report is due and worth 10% of the grade (turn in to Center for Writing Excellence without reference page and then re-attach it before turning in to me as an attachment to the assignments section).  You should have 10% or less for full points…..reword long quotes to get the percentage down.  Cut and paste results as an Exhibit to your paper.
