Create a 1,400 to 1,600-word analysis based on the assessment, text, video, and any other information you wish including:

  • Analyze your strengths, explain your rationale based on the text, assessment and video – cite evidence

  • Analyze your weaknesses, explain your rationale based on the text, assessment and video – cite evidence

  • Create a development plan to address both.
