Complete Part 1 of the Individual’s Path Matrix as a team. As with all forms, you need to download and save the form before working within the form.

 

Submit your assignment. Only one member of the team will submit the teams assignment. To allow for additional submissions after the SafeAssign originality report is viewed you can request the instructor to delete the current submission. Therefore your team can make the necessary corrections and the assignment can be resubmitted. Only the instructor can delete a team assignment since only one assignment can be submitted for teams.
