Learning Team Evaluation Template

Assignment Requirements

Using the scoring rubric provided in the template, create a Learning Team Evaluation that includes the following:

  1. Numerical scores (0-4) for each Learning Team member, in each of the four quantitative columns (i.e., team involvement, time management, establishing and following guidelines, and professional communication).
  2. Specific and objective comments for each Learning Team member, in both of the qualitative columns (i.e., team contributions, and collaboration).

The Learning Team Evaluation should fairly and uniquely evaluate each Learning Team member across all Learning Team assignments throughout this course (i.e., only one summative evaluation is required).

Reminder: Points earned for this assignment will be, in part, based upon the Learning Team Evaluations submitted by your fellow Learning Team members, as assessed by the instructor. The average of their quantitative scores will be reflected as an adjustment of your earned points, up to and including all possible points for this assignment.
