  • The relationship of IT, KM, and IC.

  • The current Information Technology (IT) platform and current techniques and methods to integrate KM and IC.

  • How the organization uses IT to share KM and IC.

  • How the organization can remain ethical with the KM and IC stored on an IT platform.

  • Recommended improvements that the organization can implement to become more competitive.
