Beginning with a working survey app, modify the app in the following ways:

• Change the text that appears onscreen
• Add a slider (range control)
• Persist user input via localStorage, retrieve that data, and display it onscreen
• Add event handling code that detects when a user clicks a button and handles that onclick event by deleting stored data
• Add event handling to handle the onmouseout and onmouseover events in order to provide users with a visual cue when they mouse over specified text
