Create a 10 to 12-slide (not including the cover and reference slides) presentation analyzing the humanistic approaches to personality. Your paper should cover the following areas:

  • Compare person-centered theory with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.

  • Use Maslow’s hierarchy of needs to discuss the extent to which growth needs influence personality formation.

  • Outline the main components of person-centered theory that contribute to personality development.

  • Identify which theory you relate to most, and explain why.

Include detailed speaker notes on each slide, along with title and reference slides.  The speaker notes should be at least 100 words to meet expectations for the assignment.  You should provide 2 to 3 references and make sure that your reference slide is formatted in keeping with APA requirements. While you will not be graded on the use of graphics in your presentation, please think about illustrating some of the ideas in the presentation with a graphic or two.
