Create a 10- to 15-slide presentation (not including title slide and reference/s slide/s) discussing the motivational strategies of a successful, cutting-edge corporation.

Select a company from the following list:

• The organization’s corporate culture and management
• The strategies used by the company to motivate employees
• Positive experiences at the company from the perspective of positive psychology
• Combination of motivational techniques and theories, including the four state-of-art interventions discussed in the text
• Use of strategies in attracting new employees or improving employee retention
• Best practices
• Potential improvements
• Recommendations to address deficiencies

The bulk of your presentation will be in the speaker notes; slides must be visually appealing, neat/legible, & organized. For pictures/charts/images used in slides, please remember to cite them according to APA guidelines and include full information of sources in your references
