HI class–our reading stated “In recent years learning how to work in teams has become a common subject in higher education. Putting into practice communication skills and trying to reach agreements with team members are needed to acquire teamwork-related competences. However, in addition to individual skills, group characteristics are also important. In this regard, when people work together in a team, roles are developed. Each person, taking into account his/her personal characteristics and the requirements of the group, negotiates his/her role with the other members.” During week three, all of you will participate in “team discussions.” This is only hosting conversations about two different videos. The idea is to discuss, probe for different views and then write an individual paper on your team experience and the two videos. Has your past teams been positive?
