Writea minimum 1,050-word paper in which you select an organization with which you are familiar and present the following items as they relate to that organization:

• Describe the organizational structure (such as geographic, functional, customer-based, product, hybrid, matrix) of your selected organization. Use as much detail about hierarchy, divisions, departments, etc. as you know, being sure to include course material from discussions and readings.
•  Compare and contrast that structure with different structures at two other organizations.
•  Evaluate how organizational functions, such as marketing, finance, human resources, and operations, influence the organizational structure of your selected organization.
•  Analyze the effective of the organizational structure.  Is it effective, efficient and does it meet (or not) the organization’s needs.
