  • What components make up the brand? How does it create brand equity?
  • What is the image that customers associate with the brand and why?
  • What makes the brand successful?
  • What have you learned about this brand from social media either as a company advertisement or from word-of-mouth?

As a second part of our discussion, describe an experience you have had with an organization that did not deliver on the expectations set by its brand.
