Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:
Select a product from a well-known brand and perform an analysis of the brand:
- What components make up the brand? How does it create brand equity?
- What is the image that customers associate with the brand and why?
- What makes the brand successful?
- What have you learned about this brand from social media either as a company advertisement or from word-of-mouth?
As a second part of our discussion, describe an experience you have had with an organization that did not deliver on the expectations set by its brand.
Explain your responses and incorporate a minimum of two supporting references in your weekly contributions.
