Assume you are a general education teacher in an elementary school. Your students have a health and physical education section this week, the physical education teacher is on leave, and you must step in and teach a physical education lesson. You have to prepare yourself for this task by knowing your way around the gym and/or equipment room, and being somewhat familiar with the environment, as a first step toward being ready. Here is what you must do,

Observe a physical education lesson being taught at an elementary school.

Use the Classroom Observation Guide to document your notes from the experience during your classroom observation.
