In Wk 2, we focus on water pollution and human contributions to the changes of rivers, lakes, and oceans. There are different ways to analyze proposed actions. Consider the following questions/scenarios as part of your response, trying to connect to a local project, if possible:

Water pollution problems and water shortages are becoming more common. Some cities have passed ordinances restricting water usage, including watering lawns. Some cities have strict controls in place to address stormwater pollution and are working to separate storm sewers from sewer systems that carry human waste. Do you think it is fair for a city to pass such ordinances to protect water quality and ensure an adequate water supply? Why or why not? Mention a local issue or water project, if possible.
