Last week we discussing the importance of diagnosing organizational issues.

This week, let’s talk about how to intervene in an organization once the problem has been identified.

Choose one of the individual or group interventions discussed in Chapters 10 and 11. Tell us how you have seen it approached in your organization, or another organization you are familiar with. Has it been effective or ineffective in addressing the issue it was meant to address?
