Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper outlining the need for your agency or an organization you are familar with to implement a standardized communication plan with the community. Make sure to address the following:

• Explain the need for the organization to have a standardized communication plan.
• Would you communicate through traditional print media or focus on the use of technology?
• Explain the role of the media in the dissemination of information.
• Identify the pros and cons of public relations communication plans.  Do they assist with conflict resolution?
• Describe key interest groups and their agendas in relation to public communication and conflict resolution.
• What social media methods would you utilize?
• How often should the organzation release a communication product?
