BSA 413 Week 2 Individual: Create a Service Catalog

Select a medium- or large-sized business or organization of your choice. This should be different than the organization you are using for your team project.

Develop a service catalog for the organization covering at least 5 services the organization would use and offer. Use any appropriate format, but be sure to include sufficient detail about the catalog as a whole as well as each specific service.

Include the following elements at a minimum:

• A general list of at least five services on a single page
• Specific details on each service

  • The name of the service
  • A brief description of the service
  • What the service provides and requires
  • Any sensitive data or usage restrictions on the service
