Identify a process you want to improve within your organization or one that you believe would benefit from improvement.   

Create an 18- to 24-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation with detailed speaker notes that addresses each of the process improvement phases of DMAIC.

Research each phase of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control).

Use “5 Whys” and 5S as two of your 10 selected tools/techniques.  You may choose the other eight tools/techniques as you like (e.g. flow charts, Pareto charts, control charts, scatter diagrams, and brainstorming).For each phase, provide applied examples of process improvement within your selected organization and apply two different tools/techniques to each phase that can be used to analyze the process that you have chosen to improve.

Create one slide for each phase of DMAIC, and one slide for each tool/technique used within each phase, for a total of 3 slides per phase.
