You are hired as an IT researcher by the biggest hospital in your local area. The hospital wants to learn about the latest medical technology that can help patients and staff in the hospital. Your task is to review health-related articles/research and provide detailed information on the latest medical technology being used to prevent or assist with health-related concerns.

 

Your submission must include:

  • Detailed discussion on five new or upcoming health-related technologies or devices that the hospital might be interested in using in the future, and the benefits of each one. **these must be new technologies and specific to healthcare; not ones that most hospitals already use, such as electronic health records or general technologies like 5G or blockchain, as those are not healthcare specific.

  • There also needs to be a separate discussion (in addition to the 5 technologies) about how the use of robots, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and drones can all benefit healthcare overall.

 

  • Create a 8-slide (minimum) presentation with detailed speaker notes, title slide, reference slide (must cite your research), and appropriate/professional graphics and design. Your title and reference slides count toward the 8 slide minimum.
