Research various ways to teach letters of the alphabet to children. Consider some of the following options as you conduct your research:

  • Educational videos and songs that teach letters of the alphabet (e.g., “Between the Lions” TV series, PBS shows, etc.)
  • Hands-on activities to reinforce letters of the alphabet (e.g., using playdough, shaving cream, magnetic letters, etc.)
  • Online websites and apps that teach or reinforce letter recognition or letter sounds

 

Choose 1 or 2 activities, methods, or other resources to share with the class.
